M.S. Haq, M.D.

Dr. M.S. Haq, M.D., is American Board Certified in Internal Medicine. A graduate of King Edward Medical College, he had his training in Pediatrics at the Mayo Hospital, Medical Research at the University of MD, Internal Medicine at Conway Memorial Hospital, Monroe, LA, and Sister of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, NY, Dr. Haq has been In practice in Waynesboro, PA since 1989 and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing which will be completed in 2018.

Dr. Warrenfeltz, M.D. 

Dr. Annette Warrenfeltz graduated from Juniata College and did her medical school and training in Family Medicine at Hershey Medical Center. She is Board Certifiied by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has been practicing Family Medicine for more than 30 years in the Waynesboro, PA, area. Her area of interest is women's health and preventive care, along with practicing family medicine. She is an active member of the Brethern Church and enjoys singing in the choir.

Lois S. Orndorf, CRNP

Lois is a Graduate of University of DE School of Nursing and Widener University with MSN from Family Nurse Practitioner Program in 1998. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by ANCC. Previously employed at Clinic Services of Carlisle Hospital, Lois is pleased to be working with families of Waynesboro since July 2004.
